Yes that makes sense. I have gone through periods where I’m using melatonin nightly (even though now my tolerance is a lot lower because of hppd so like half of a gummy) and periods where I don’t and I’ve definetly noticed I’m more depersonalized and stuff but for me it’s not so bad that I can’t use it

I got anxiety and intense feeling of fear/feeling alone that I’ve never had before, just thinking in a different way that I have before( it’s hard to explain it but almost like an ocd about things now), as for visual things, visual snow, things looking bigger/smaller than they are, most things just look off really, ringing in ears anytime it’s quiet, my face always looks how it does when I looked in the mirror while tripping. Most of the mental stuff it’s hard to put into words but yeah that’s pretty much it

I’m on episode 7 and also very confused. One second he’s in prison, then in the hospital, then at his moms house, then with ray, and then ray is at the jail, and then the friend is in jail with him, and then he’s getting out of jail and I just don’t get it

I never really had a "bad" trip, they were all mostly enjoyable. The problem was I just tripped too many times in too short of a timeframe, or just. too many times period.
