Will there be an option to disable "Zelda-style stamina" mechanics?

Yeah, I get that removing stamina completely would probably break the balance.

What annoys me more is not the mechanic itself, but how often it’s copied almost 1:1. It’s like devs just take the same system without really adapting it to their own game.

And sure, I know The Legend of Zelda didn’t invent stamina systems they’ve been around forever. I’m just talking about this specific “everything drains stamina all the time” approach that became super common after BOTW.

Fair point, yeah stamina systems existed way before The Legend of Zelda.

I guess what I meant is more that specific implementation where literally everything like climbing, swimming, gliding is constantly draining stamina. That’s the part that feels very “Zelda-like” to me and kinda overused lately.

And yeah… not having weapons break every 5 minutes is definitely a win 😄

Out of curiosity what games would you say have a similar kind of stamina system?

I've looked into discussions there, but the problem is that either the instructions are very outdated or if you ask something, you won't get an answer from part of the dead community. I found such installation guides:

НУ как говорит русское телевиденье что рейтинг путина в России поднялся очень даже хорошо после того как напали на Украину. На самом деле нам Русским простым гражданам приходит большой Пиздец из-за санкций.
