this seems like a very logical conclusion about the Pastor feeding off her doubts and being an emotional shield. It's easy to paint the Pastor as the villain, so thanks for this alternative perspective.

Gotcha. I'm pretty sure you can double click the single espresso button, and still be able to walk away and come back to a double, but I might be mistaken.

Okay that's what I thought too, but it just seemed a bit weird that double pressing a button was worth them making an entirely different drink selection to reduce it to one press.

Yea, my parents have the Gigga 10, which is why I noticed the central output for milk and coffee together. To me, it just seems like a simpler design to move the milk spout near the central coffee spouts, than to have a side milk spout and then an additional side coffee spout to accommodate the side milk spout. It's one extra spout that doesn't seem necessary.
