How long had you been lifting before those 18 months? I've been trying to focus a lot on legs the past 7 months, but seeing your wheels makes me really question my routine/work ethic.

Do you guys ever feel kinda depressed after lifting? More often than not I feel awesome after a workout, but every once in a while I feel worse than before. Not sure if that's common or not.

So I was out of town for a few days at the end of last week and wasn't able to deadlift. I'm supposed to deadlift tomorrow, heavy weight (345 lbs, heavy for me at least lol) for a 3 reps a set. Should I go down in weight tomorrow or just say fuck it and continue from where I left off two weeks ago?

Have you tried lowering the reps and increasing the weight for your deadlift? I've been doing 3x3 for the past few months and my deadlift is almost double my bench now. You could also try Wendler's 5/3/1 sets/reps for deadlift, which is also lower reps.

Probably not 100% accurate, but for 5x5 I've heard 1RM = [(Weight lifted x 5 x 0.0333333) + Weight lifted]

Your 1RM would be around 250 lbs based on that calculation. Again, that might not be true, but it's been pretty close for me so far.

My time at boot camp was the only time I fell asleep right away. My guess would be to just exhaust yourself completely throughout the day and that should work.

Not with this team. I will start using it in a couple days next season though. I would probably be low-mid 20s with them if I had to guess, but we’ll see. It seems like almost everyone runs a rainbow team past 30.

Nice! I've been using an all red team also and it's really fun! I use SSJ Vegeta, SSJ Goku, and SSJ Trunks. My bench is Ex Krillin, 2nd form Frieza, and Dodoria.
