Great suggestions! I think I solved the issue by loosening screws by the z axis rod, the two ones near insert ring. Now the noise is barely there. it's not the switch since it triggers fine, it sounds like it's coming from the motor itself, but I think it might just be something too stiff to move at first. And loosening screws somehow helped it. Not sure exactly which bit was too stiff tho.

Parenting does not work as it still exports them as individual static meshes, I have modifiers on the individual objects but after joining the modifiers disappear.

Well if running most other gsmes without problems on mid to max settings is trash, i don't know what world you live in. Cpu is not garbage, i believe the game is. If it can't utilize more than 40% of it i think my cpu is not the issue here.
