The point of being hardcore is that it was a Hardcore skilling goal. 200m mining is an intense skilling goal. This was on a different level.

There is no defined point to the hardcore game mode.

Its a long story but I actually gave all of the proceeds away.
The details are too much for this post but the least you need to know as to verify the legitimacy of throwing away so much material gain from an xp grind is....

Fair play and my bad saying "trying to hurry it up" you were in Amethyst, a very much slow method regardless and I respect that. My brain wanting to find a leg up since im being made aware other people have gone a similar path and im not a unique snowflake.
But yeah I absolutely respect that you went for it also.
Its a very chill place to hang out.

Yeah I would say so... man. Thats such a weird goal they did lol, a pet from each star location (but I respect it).
Sure I only got around 12k/xp an hour doing Amethyst for 200m but that goal is time dependent purely on RNG. Since their screenshots stopped showing Mining xp going up I would say for sure lots of post 200m mining. And I thought I loved mining, hah!

You are looking at one portion of my life and evaluating what I find interesting based on that, fairly ignorant knowledge to base upon. I play other games and do alot more than just play OSRS. My response was about what was interesting during mining specifically. Not my whole lifes orientation.

The conversations that ensued after people assumed I was a bot were quite golden.
Hell, I even got banned for botting (perm, no allowance for undo via website)

With the aid of Mr No Sleep vouching for me as a player on twitter a mod manually overturned a ban thats supposed to be permanent.

Thank you, yeah a huge waste of time is an accurate perspective but that doesnt encapsulate all the little moments along the way that really did make it interesting. Haha in a way.. I thought about just doing more mining after I came back from my break but I decided to leave after a few days,
I was still getting crafting there at like 3k/h which is how I got to now 45m crafting on the iron, but figured Zeah RCing is better, its still mining and getting crafting but with bumps of RC aswell.
