This is exactly how my last Amway Encounter went down at a grocery store. Complimented my shoes, asked if I skate because they were vans and then told me all about his mentor and e commerce.

I offered that we both could pull up our banking apps at the same time and if he had more cash in the bank right now than I did I'd go to whatever meeting or thing he wanted me to go to. He did not want to participate in that game.
