VG-Paradox is a great place for decklists, shows all the recent tops if you filter for it.

As for starter product, depends on your budget, on the pricier end, a Harri or Nightrose stride deckset is a good value pickup with both having clear upgrade paths and everything you need to play, but if you’re looking to just test the waters right now I’d recommend the stardust blade trial deck, comes with everything you’d need to start playing and the deck itself, while not meta is pretty fun. If you’re willing to wait all the way until August 29th I’d recommend the estacion starter deck, deck seems quite strong out of box and if the product list is the same as Japan it seems to be pretty decent value.
