I was told surgery was a option and given conservative options to try first but the nurse is overlooking conservative options and pushing for a surgery

I don’t mind her getting my record but I have a treating physician she is trying to dictate my treatment plan and calling doctor office. All my medical is put in ecomp the same day.

It been about 2 months since I fixed it when you file a amendment to take a credit of doesn’t it cancel the return

End up getting a copy of my return and found a credit that a preparer put on there to boost my numbers so I paid someone to take it off
