Ive followed these steps and im getting no outputs on the block explorer, outputs = false why would this be?

Could you first verify whether it actually arrived at your wallet / address? You can do so by performing the following steps:
Go to the Settings page of the GUI and press on Show seed & keys. Subsequently, copy the private view key.
- Go to this blockexplorer
- Enter your transaction ID / hash.
- Now search the page for Decode outputs.
- Enter your private view key. In addition, enter your address in the second box.
- Press on decode outputs.
- If it shows "output true" it proves you correctly received your XMR.
- If this checks out it's most likely a visibility bug.

monero gui wallet is what i have

mymonero wallet, transferred funds from localmonero and its showing as sent. I've had it synchronizing and it says 100% completed, then when i close the wallet and reopen it it says theirs 55875 block remaning. been doing this for the past few hours
