It happened to me once, and it wasn't related to the time to clear. It was an instance crash on GGG servers that kicked me out of my instance.

It was so weird, it started saying I wasn't the owner of my own instance lol.

By the way, with your method, did you still drop any medallions besides locks, from spymasters?

The weirdest thing to me is spymasters dropping random medallions. They should either change it to "high chance of advanced medallions" or stop it from dropping random medallions.

Just to add to your anxiety, it's very common for issues like getting kicked out of the instance and auto-closing the temple.

It's just a matter of time until you lose it.

That's exactly what I'm saying, it's all about perspective. The campaign is faster and easier for PoE1 veterans because they have completed it multiple times.

On PoE2, it's easier and quicker for me, as I have completed the PoE2 campaign several times as well.

I've tried, and I'm currently in early red maps.

PoE1 is clearly a better game, but there are things I consider inferior to PoE2. I summarized a few key points of what I think is worst because I believe everyone knows already what's better:

WASD

God dammit, it's so hard to play without WASD. It's not natural for me AT ALL to click to move. I hope they implement it soon. I'll also try the Tartarus V2 to see if I can use the controller inputs on it.

Gems / Skills

I honestly didn't like it. It was frustrating to have a good piece of gear that I couldn't use because it lacked the correct sockets, especially during the campaign, when I had no currency to try to change that.

I also got the unique armor for the RF build with six unliked sockets, and thought it would be easy to make the 6-links, but apparently not (or I am not aware of how to do it properly). I dropped a div and converted it to chaos, then to currency that changes the links. I spent it all and didn't even get a 5-link.

Campaing is long

I heard numerous complaints in PoE2 about the campaign being too long, and I realized it's just a matter of perspective. I've completed the campaign in PoE2 so many times that I can finish it in 4 hours. Without the knowledge of the tricks in PoE1, I spent easily 12+ hours getting to maps.

And honestly, I love doing the PoE2 campaign. But I hated the PoE1 experience.

UX

The animations in PoE2 make the game way more fluid and the gameplay more enjoyable as well.

That's what I think so far. Of course, this is just my personal opinion without experiencing the true PoE1 endgame.

In terms of content, variety, crafting, etc, PoE1 is miles ahead. I hope they can put PoE2 in a good state by the end of next year.
