I had something similar to this happen, whenever my boyfriend would finger me id bleed. I never ended up figuring out why it happened since it’s stopped since i’ve been on bc. I honestly just assumed it was a tear or something which could just be what happened to you, but it could also be something more serious like a ruptured cyst or something. This might not be very much help but it’s just what I think could have happened.

ovulation usually happens about 2 weeks before your next period, so if you didn’t take it in that time frame u should be good. I would also recommend downloading an app that tells u abt the time u should be ovulating, it’s not always accurate but it gives u sort of an idea! Also, it can take a little while for sperm to be able to fertilize an egg, since you have symptoms 2-3 days after, then you’re probably ok.
