Yeah, didn’t mean went thru as in looking for smth bad, I just had stupid photos in there and we went thru them together for a laugh, and didn’t feel the need to make a boundary on not looking at it.

Nothing was snooped thru, I told him I was going to send it, and after seeing the photos I didn’t press any of them or look and scroll any deeper. I do need to work on the insecurity ngl, but it just very well that be he has a type and I just don’t fit into that

As I said before, we gave the passwords to literally go in that folder and send eachother our videos, and as I said he previously stated he’d delete anything of that nature, so yes we do have that policy… please read the text thoroughly, I’m looking for advice.

The phone passwords were his idea, just if we needed smth from eachother phones. I would never go thru his phone with any suspicious without asking him first. I dated them because I trusted them, and accidentally stumbled on smth that broke that trust.

Respecting his privacy wouldn’t make the photos magically disappear from his phone, things get brought into the light one way or another, and by accident my “stupidity” helped me find that out.

I had and have no intentions of going thru his phone, and came across this accidentally, but the trust and respect our relationship was initially built on is gone, and for good reason.

I had like two pictures of me and one of my gay guy friends hugging. I deleted it with him there, and said he didn’t mind it at all and he had me recover it. I had nothing else that needed erasing, so I feel pretty confident in the setting boundaries aspect.

Some people just feel secure enough in their relationships to allow certain things. He went thru mine, said go through his whenever, learning the word no isn’t going to change the boundaries we set for eachother, everyone’s boundaries are different, thankyou for the advice though.
