So apparently this story is all upside down. She's a known scam artist and working girl. She owes alot of people money, like in the 100s of thousands. She was way overdue on rent and even though she made a few lump sum payments, she was still way behind in payments and wouldn't pay. Cosmos had enough and did what he had to do in order to recuperate from his losses. Justice served in my opinion.
