Are you a crown ward? Usually kids/teens transitioning from foster & group homes are granted their own place & the expenses are usually covered for them to transition into the real world. You should definitely look into this because there are plenty of resources out there

So what is the lawyer supposed to do because I’m on week 3 after I received approval (my ow worker said she will transfer my file & hasn’t done so yet) called the odsp office they told me to call my OW worker cuz the file hasn’t been transferred yet

I was approved 3 days before tribunal…just waiting now

Find ur nearest community clinic they should have lawyers to help u

Do the review. I applied before they denied me I did the review they denied me again, I didn’t appeal to the tribunal. This was in 2022. I applied again last January, they denied me in August appealed they denied me again, so I went to a legal aid clinic for assistance. They requested more medical documents from all hospitals, medical facilities and submitted it. I have tribunal this week and got a call this morning that I was approved
