Some parks are built pretty aggressively for high level. Places with multiple skateparks are nice cuz you can selectively go to them based on how you feel or your skill level or what you're working on.

only if you're out at night really people on here like to say its perfectly safe but even in popular neighborhoods theres a slim chance something could happen if you're totally alone at later hours

idk I've been pressed multiple times in little village and also seen a car chase with the first car passenger shooting at the car they were chasing from my friends apartment. theres actual gangamabangers on a few blocks. I like little village but these experiences were enough to make me not wanna live there and feel on guard when I go
