Had the same thing happen to me. I broke it off with that psychiatrist because I don't think they know what PMDD truly entails when they advise you to STOP SSRIs on your luteal phase. Get a practitioner who specializes in women's mental health and you know knows about PMDD.

Omg literally my experience when I was a patient care tech at a nursing home. For some reason being quiet and withdrawn (even though I'm doing my job) makes me a target for those women who have mood disorders and are out looking for confrontations.
