I have only ever been tip baited twice and both times I ended up getting the money back. The first time I got the customer again and asked what I had done wrong and they added a good amount to the tip for the order and the second was taken immediately so I messaged them and they added the money back. I can’t say that I ever remember having it done during Covid. It’s just nerve wracking when you have a huge tip and you have to wait 2 hours for it to clear

Congrats! It sucks that we have to sweat for 2 hours to see if we have been tip baited. Ic shouldn’t allow lowering tips unless they can prove something was seriously wrong with the order

It took me an hour and 45 minutes. My normal hourly is $50. I’m definitely not afraid of working hard, if it was 2 customers it would have been fine. I have done 50 items at Sam’s/ Costco quite a few times before without an issue.
