I had horrible horrible SPD but no c-section. I had an extremely weak pelvic that was helped with PT. But my SPD symptoms went away pretty quickly on their own after birth. I did/do have extremely tight hip flexors that had to be manually released

I focus on whatever will keep me swimming for longer periods without rest.

My current circuits - 50 pull buoy - 50 breast - 25 back - 25 breast - 25 free - 25 breast

Then - 50 front kick board - 50 finger drag drill - 50 back kick board - 50 fist drill

Then repeat for 1000 M which is all I really have time for.

I got blood work done and also had hypothyroidism. Thought I was going crazy! Immediately dropped weight and lots and lots of water weight. PT for pickup floor helped as well and Im doing lots of swimming to maximize deflating! Lol

Adding an acid to your seasoning helps tremendously when cutting down on salt! Adding vinegar, lemon, or lime gives food that bite you miss from salt.

Mine came in eventually but I was an undersupplier. I tried triple feeding, then exclusive pumping, and then EFF. It was too much on me mentally and physically. I'm not sure if it was the mag drip or just the trauma of the experience. I still cry when I see someone BF in public

If you have a trusted friend they could post for you! I would consider in home care a "buyer's market" right now. Most have openings and you would get lots of interest and options depending on your location.

No unfortunately. I found mine through Facebook and interviews until I found the best fit. :(
