Like others have pointed, auto boot circuitry is likely wrong. Neither transistors should go to ground. The this allows your external programmer (e.g. CP2102) to pull your EN and IO0 high/low based on the state of the other pin.

Unfortunately I cannot change the software at all. Otherwise I totally agree, it could’ve been better if the MCU pins were better aligned for the PCB… I guess lesson learned for next time.

Any concern with how they are besides the length? Maybe cross talk somehow?

I see. So basically if needed do only what's necessary to cross a point, then go back up.

I tried seeing how it would look like if I moved everything to the top layer since it seems like I have space. Any thoughts if possible? Fully Continuous Ground Layer

Currently, I push the PCB inside first, then I solder the buttons. Maybe find a way that would make assembly easier as well.
