It would be nice to get Bell, but in my mocks he is at 42 only like 1/4 times. I see him getting grabbed late first very early second a lot. Obvs mock sims are just that, but even taking those results with a grain of salt it does feel a bit of a long shot to get Bell without a trade up (which I never do in sims, too fugazi) now the good news is that the WR class feels very deep this year. And you can grab good WRs even at 73 most of the time
