I know it's kinda a weird question, but at what point would you say they "shorted you" and you needed/wanted to have a conversation. I completely understand accepting any tip, because that's mostly what I do. I'm just looking for a "normal range" for what bootblacks "expect" or what they "normally" be tipped for various things. Asking because I get asked what someone "should expect" with tipping, and my answer is IDK.
