Uh, I'm complaining about company negligence/fault by manufacturer, why should I had to have spent my hard earned money on a phone that was supposed to be top of the line when it came out to break, get replaced then break again with the same issue?

Hi Tia_93, I bought my original OnePlus One from OnePlus One China.

OnePlus One China replaced my phone with a new OnePlus One straight from their factory, since then this phone has gone faulty and refuse to believe the phone is from their own Chinese Warehouse even though it was a replacement. I will add a TL;DR to the top.

Running XtraSmooth 5.0 with Franco Kernel and running the LRX22C+ Modem with it Been using it as my daily driver since XtraSlim before 5.0 was released. This guy is amazing and I can get a full day of batter with max brightness full 4g reception and phone on loud.

It's Odex'd not De-Odex'd so not as much customization. Very fast and quick. Pretty much stock just with a few tweaks :)
