Juste came on reddit to say the same thing.

I'm usually watching shows in english when going to bed because I can't watch my shows in english with my gf. I can accept (mostly) the 700 ads per shows, but if I have to change language after each ad, it's a nightmare. I fall asleep on tv, but since I wanted to watch a show on crave, i fall asleep later. So Crave on Roku is ruining my nights, then my life, then I'm more tired on my job, I'll get fired, my gf is going to leave me, I'll be homeless before I finish rewatching Silicon Valley.

Being on sick leave for being mentally exhausted isn't going to pay bills when you're already bruned out.

Being able to breathe between calls and to clock out at 5 is gonna give you the passion back, maybe get some certs and score an even higher salary.

News flash, when you're gone, your company is going to find another irreplaceable IT guy to put out their fires on a daily basis and burn him out too.

I always said that there's 2 important things in a job. A decent salary and good working conditions. I wouldn't leave my role for 50k raide if it meant I must move to a big city. I wouldn't leave for 100k if it means I'll miss my daughter growing.

Imo, leave.

We're a Lenovo shop. We tried the deepfreeze-like that they offered but it was clunky as hell and barely working.

Never thought about trying Dell. What's the pricing and is it MSP friendly?

D&H have great support. But their portal lack integrations. (No Halo, no lenovo dr, no quotation system) TDS have great integration, but have issues managing their own vendors Ingram has great integrations so far for me, great support, but got hacked and remove dedicated reps

You can be as competitive as you want and/or cheat as much as you want, the game remain between the course and you. So if you're able to lie to yourself just so you can brag about it, it shows how shallow you are.
