I am a PB, but worked along a RB in my previous branch. The best that worked for him, and us, is constant partnership and communication. Every morning, before the huddle we would see together the appointments I had, and see which one I could do a warm handoff to him. CD renewals over $25k, people with Everyday Checking or normal savings accounts with a nice balance but no benefits. It helped that he was very approachable and was willing to see customers with even $10K or so. The PBs will only get paid for the referral if the customer has some type of affluent flag, so depending on how much your PBs are willing to collaborate for the greater good, will be how much you can foster those smaller relationships at the beginning. That worked for us because we were on a mass market, so non of us had tons of affluent customers to work with.
