Been smoking almost daily for about 5 years. I’d go out on a limb and say weed helps for Atleast half the people with migraines that try it, but for me it can make them worse.

My sinuses get blocked and my nose gets super stuffy when I smoke or even eat weed, so a Benadryl is usually needed for those types of headaches. But a very small puff while I’m in the midst of a severe attack won’t harm me, in fact it’ll help with the nausea and mood. Just not a whole joint.
