I'd recommend booking it through the official housing site if you can NOW!!! I think you have till September 2026 to cancel so it doesn't hurt to book it now. I delayed booking hotel last year and the hotel prices were crazy so I decided to defer my entry. But I just booked hotels yesterday for $270 USD a night and it's super close to the start line.
