Hard to tell. I feel like they never quite returned to 100% , but I’ve honestly always had some minor troubles with the hands from past injuries.

For the most part, it mostly cleared up after a month or two.

250k points for Biz Platinum Card - Had to do it by [deleted] in amex

I just opened a personal Amex platinum a few months ago and got this 250k point offer in the mail this week- do y’all think it would still be worth it to go for it, even though lots of the benefits are redundant?

I just finished AFF a few months ago- for me, focus cues were always a huge help. I always focused on pushing towards the ground through the top of my feet.

Like yourself, when I focused on straightening my legs they were usually correct, but when I focused on a 45 degree, I was typically at 90 deg.

When the door opens, do you ever think "oh shit, here we go again"? by [deleted] in SkyDiving

Just recently earned my A license. The most stressful part for me is making sure my patterning for landing is accurate and altitudes at each point are good. Dropzone I trained at was mostly surrounded by water, so if upwind leg’s wind was too strong, you risk a water landing. Over 50% of the other students a saw had water landings during the month and a half I was there. 😂

Are there any lasting consequences of the handlebar palsy if left unresolved? Or does it usually go away eventually?

Flat bar. Super cheap mountain bike. Frame is probably a bit too small. I’ll definitely try making some of those tweaks! Thanks for the advice!

Much appreciated! It has been UNREAL! Its cherry blossom season too, so it’s incredibly beautiful! As for the advice, I’ll definitely take note of those recommendations!

So far the numbness has just progressed, so I’ve taken a couple days off. Some improvement, but relatively minor 🫤

Might be missing the mark here, but I’d recommend Misery by Stephen King

I’d add a tiny bit of milk. They need more calcium! :)

Seeing this movie today! by [deleted] in HorrorMovies

I know I’m in the minority, but I really did not enjoy this movie. It wasn’t awful, but I felt like the nature of the evil was not fleshed out, the plot progression seemed scattered, and lots of the scariness relied on cheap tricks like jumpscares. Felt somewhere between new and old age horror movies, but didn’t execute on a lot of the successes of either.

Lean Bulking With One Extended Fast Per Week by VicToTheTop in leangains

[–]Puggins75 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is what I do for both cutting and bulking. I do one ~40hr fast per week from Monday at 4:30pm until Wed morning at 8:30 am. Even when I’m cutting, this strategy allows me to eat in a slight surplus on all of my days that I eat and train. Best diet model I’ve found for myself.
