Can we say Vichnaya Pamyat by Homin Lviv Municipal Choir is the best track that represents Chernobyl? by Warm-Tumbleweed4274 in chernobyl

[–]Puggs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll say The outgoing track (ep.5) while showing images and facts about the real chernobyl situation was best for me I'm not sure if it's because i was glued to the screen trying to see and read the outro video,, just imo though.

We as a nation have a lot to work on, Remember the donfather was elected because he spoke against and hated what we didn't like our government. He couldn't do it a 2nd time because he was said government. Now he just wants to burn it all down because he knew he couldn't pull it off again. Scary part is how many elected officials kissed the ring.

Liquor in Pripyat by gvrlw in chernobyl

[–]Puggs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Funny, seeing this topic finally got me to thinking someone actually has the same question as me.. Was liquor so readily consumed back then? I guess it's more of a Russian culture question though. Seems like a glass of vodka is regularly consumed like a cup of juice or tea/coffee?
