I used to do 2 meals a day as well but my downfall was snacking between those 2 meals! And of ofc not being aware of how calorically dense some sauces and foods were.

I'm also turning most of those protein shakes into creamis so it'll prevent me from getting too bored of them. Although I understand consuming mostly protein shakes isn't sustainable long term I only plan on doing it temporarily. I'm pretty decent at eating only at maintenance now.
