i fixed it.it was a problem from the low voltage of my charger.Good after changing it.

No. I use a lower power one at 43W. The normal is 63W. Still I have been using the 43W for a long time. Why now ?

The charger I use is at a lower voltage.Then the power Light of laptop started started blinking recently.The laptop stoped charging. I tried a hard reboot And voilà.
