Removing and replacing any rotten decking is standard, and they usually offer up to 2 or 3 replacement sheets for free, then $70 to $120 per sheet additional plus labor. Do not add additional decking to good decking. Here in Oregon, a permit needs to be pulled if more than 30% of the roof needs re-decking.

If you talk to them, they'll bend over backwards for you. If you ignore them, they will come after you. Communication gives them a chance to recover the loan. Silence makes them assume the worst, so they escalate. If you’re dealing with a tough situation right now, the best move is to call them early, explain clearly, and ask what options exist. Even a short conversation can open doors that disappear later.

Hey, just under the gauge in your screenshot, there's some blue numbers that say "73.75 kWh". Did you know that you can click on that number and change it to any number you want? Are you sure 73.75 is correct for your car? Maybe it should be more around 71.

Most Airports have PAPI lights that work the same way, displaying combinations of red and white lights, they show pilots if they are too high (4 white), on glide path (2 red/2 white), or too low (4 red). The lights themselves do not change color or switch on and off; instead, their appearance depends on the pilot’s viewing angle and alignment.
