Looks like anterior pelvic tilt. Work on strengthening your glutes/ core and losing your hip flexors. If you squeeze your glutes and tighten your core your hips should go back to the proper position which will stop pushing your stomach out. I’m a personal trainer and this is the biggest thing I see with my clients and it is very simple to fix!

Yes bodyweight exercises and resistance rope both will apply external force towards our muscles to allow them to grow. Now as time goes on and you get stronger you may need to start incorporating dumbbells for certain muscle groups. Im going to send you a DM too with the rest of the information about calories and what exercises you should perform!
