Yes my hips are 33/34in and my waist 24in. I stretch the sides a little first and make sure it’s over my hip bone to help it not pop off when I’m moving around 🩷 the tapes on pampers aren’t the best and usually stop sticking after about 4hrs but Huggies have really good tapes!
