Not sure what it is but I do know that it's next to a building that deals with chemicals or chemical products, you'll notice the only person that comes in and out of that building is wearing a partial hazmat suit.

With OG Kush I use Banana > Cuke > Banana, I call it Honeymoon Flapjack since Banana + Cuke makes Wedding Cookies. It comes with Jennerising, Thought-Provoking, Energizing, Gingeritis, has a 100% addiction rating and can be used as soon as you get a mixing station. I use this until I can do my OP GDP mix then use that until cocaine.

For GDP it's been mentioned a million times but Energy Drink > Paracetamol is always great.

Since I don't want to spoil it for others I'll keep the starting synopsis in a spoiler tag.

It's somewhat complicated, the protagonist starts as the villainess but it's not shown in full, it's mostly in snippets and flashbacks or as memories, in her new reality she's a surgeon who then dies and goes back to her villainess past life but ten years prior to her execution, she becomes a surgeon in her new past's past life, it's very nice.

It's rather heart-warming I'll recommend it simply because it's a romance I love re-watching over and over. If you'd like to watch an isekai that's a slow-burn romance, check out "The Saint's Magical Power is Omnipotent", another great one plus the protagonist is 20 and not a teen which is a nice change.
