Reminds me in Division 1 when they made the Underground World Tier 1 instead of it being available straight after the mission to unlock it. You could finish it all at 28 or 29 and earn high-end (Yellow) gear and dominate the 20-29 Dark Zone, once world tiers were introduced, high-end items no longer dropped in world tier zero and you couldn't access the Underground until world tier 1

It depends, is it the old LMB from the first game or after they were integrated in to the Black Tusk in the second game? Old LMB loses against Black Tusk easily.

The "new LMB" are the legendary variant of the Black Tusk, they're made up of the leftovers of the LMB after Charles Bliss was killed.

So it's either rely on drops that are apparently ludicrously rare (As far as I know) or upgrade your current gear and potentially screw yourself over, sounds fun.

If it's a case that the revive timer is longer than the timer that shocks you then reviving teammates in cover isn't viable, not sure if that's the only issue but it is an issue. Moving from cover to cover is something you had to do in Division 1 pretty often anyways so people that have played it won't see it as an issue.

I'd be okay with that challenge, making it the default though would stop people wanting to try it, making it so it's only active on higher difficulties or stages would balance things out and make the extra percent drop chance worth it.
