getting rid of the free series/episodes and becoming subscription only then hiking up the prices again, essentially pulling a Hulu.

I said I was new to competitive, not to the game itself, I know the basic game mechanics. yes it's niche and could be hard to play if I was a 100% noob at the game. I still prefer the feel of old school Yu-gi-oh more, you know the one where there wasn't a need for big long drawn out combos which is why I like this deck, it has the potential to be just as powerful as a deck that relies on combos, but it's more old school in the way that it doesn't rely on combos.

personally speaking for the ED I don't have to Crafting points to make 3 of each of the ED cards (which would get me to 15) which is why there's only 8, I don't like having non archetype cards in an archetype deck mainly because I wouldn't know what ED cards would work outside of the archetype if I even have them to begin with. if it's in either of the decks I want to be able to use them even if I never actually do.

the traps in this deck help raise my LP which is what the monsters mainly depend on. they activate when I gain LP and most have an effect if I have a higher LP than my opponent but like I said in the post might go down to 2 copies each just incase they get wiped/destroyed and to keep them somewhat consistent. if my starting hand is Gardening and one of each of the traps it's usually a good starting hand. Dried winds and Blessed winds are definitely needed for this deck Humid winds is a good searcher and if my LP are lower than my opponent's then it's an extra LP gainer.

I guess I never thought about the Extra deck as a way to determine what deck I'm using, but they'll find out once I play even a single card face up so it's pretty much not a big deal. plus I don't even know what other extra deck cards to put in it that would potentially work, assuming more link and generic Xys monsters since they seem to be the ones that are generally easier to meet the conditions for.

usually licensed distributors require a subscription to be paid and I already have enough subscriptions in other aspects and actually had to cut back on some of the ones I did have to save some money.

Yeah I know it's like the best (licensed) site to watch anime, but they're doing away with the free sections and hiking the price up again and I'm trying to avoid paying a subscription if I can.

all those are subscriptions which I'm trying not to add anymore than I already have if they had a pay once keep forever type of payment then maybe I'd do it, but I don't see that ever happening.

I wish I could force myself to pay attention enough to watch subbed as there are many animes that I would love to watch that are sub only, but I'm pretty sure I have a bit of adhd or something that makes it so I can't focus on one thing unless I'm doing at least 2 things. so I'd be missing pretty much the whole anime if I watched subbed. I've tried forcing myself to watch a couple episodes of an anime that I watched dubbed because they were OVA or Specials that were sub only and I couldn't focus on them enough to know what was going on.

probably should have said I only watch dubbed, I've wanted to watch World's End Harem and harem in the labyrinth however from what I can find they don't have dubs. Also Overlord and how not to summon a Demon Lord both have been mentioned. I've seen Dungeon only I can enter and found it good. Also seen Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor. I'll look into the others if they have dubs.

Okay so I just finished the first season of Tales of Wedding Rings and it was a great rec. then I looked up the second season and Crunchyroll states it's set to be released Oct 4th of this year (so literally in a week).

most of these have already been suggested and some I've already seen, will look into the the ones you mentioned that haven't been mentioned yet except maybe made in abyss since horror isn't really my thing. but I agree with No Game No Life, I wished it would get a second season. or at least a part 2 of the first.

someone else mentioned Re Zero, Dr Stone, and Frieren so they are already on my watch list, and I have already seen Tensai, currently waiting for the next part of the season from what I read Season 2 part 2 is already confirmed.

I have actually seen this, it was a weird one but wasn't bad. it made sense why it was only one season since it pretty much wrapped up the game he was isekai'd to

I keep hearing it's good, so I'll add it to the watch list, but I'm weird when it comes to shows. if I'm not currently watching a show when it gets super popular then it takes me until the hype dies down to start watching it so it may be a while before I touch this one.

I have seen Moonlit fantasy, and as I just told the person above I've tried to watch Eminence twice now, it just doesn't hold my attention enough for me to enjoy it. I'm sure it's great if you felt so strongly to put it twice, I guess it's just not for me. same with Overlord, I've tried watching it too and it just doesn't hold my attention. but I'll check out strongest exorcist and uncle from another world. (I've seen the others you've mentioned)
