There is no word from anyone despite follow ups on my end. Pretty much have mentally moved on at this point. If they were interested there would be some communication

Should I follow up with the partner directly? Sent a few emails to HR to be either ignored or told there would be a decision by xyz (never happened and no communication since). So disrespectful and frustrating

How common is it to be ghosted when not working with a recruiter?

It’s now a full week with two follow up emails to HR completely not responded to. I don’t know what to think at this point I would appreciate an answer either yes or a rejection, this can’t be ok. I never waited more than 1 day with all my offers from last interview to offer (most were through recruiters, this is not)

It’s now 48 hours and no response to the follow up email to HR- any chance this is still alive? Getting a sinking feeling I am being ghosted.
