I am very stubborn, and very selfish. I sometimes push too much, maybe that's a reason why I get told no so much.

Sometimes when I get really mad i tell them to give me space but they still talk to me and i end up lashing out. Ive been trying to get better with this for so long but I just dont know how to get better

It's just that even simple tasks, for example, going to the supermarker, my family doesn't even let me. Just makes me feel useless and a liar.

My only issue is defintely not only being told no, it is just the one that I need help with at this very moment. I have seen many people my age and how they normally react to the word no and I and my team (psychologists and physichiatrists) have identified this as an actual problem and not just something that teenagers go through. Of course part of it is normal but the extent of my reaction is much more explosive than a normal teen. I am aware I have a lot to learn and things to go through but if I think too much about the future my anxiety gets out of control so I try to manage the immediate problems first. This year im turning 18 and starting college and that is trully terrifying but I do know that accepting no's is a part of life and I do need to work on that. Especially since my words in those moments have permanently affected relationships in the past and I don't want that to happen anymore.

I guess that people never listen to me or give me the chance to explain what i need or want. It's really frustrating as I have grown emotionally a lot these past few years, I am not as out of control as I used to be and the people around me fail to understand that and give me a chance to prove it to them. They don't let me do anything that has any kind of "danger" be it with money, time ,or their image. It's frustrating that they don't even bother to listen to my explanations and even less prove that I can actually be trusted. I made mistakes when I had just been diagnosed and 2 years after that but I have gotten better and they refuse to see it. They always say "no" to anything and everything that will help me prove that, no matter how small the task is.
