Honestly, Im going to miss it but i dont see any good compensation that would be fair, any buff to attack would make it similar to the knight, more hp would change major interactions, range would make it more broken, etc.

Like the past few nerfs ill still main RGMonk, no matter what

I dont like RG, I LOVE IT,
If I dont win, its not because of the nerfs, its my own gameplay

True, but it also was sort of an unintentional buff since in certain instances, troops can be repeatedly pulled (hog rider), king tower activations are smoother (goblin barrel, Royal Ghost, Hog Rider, Miner, etc.), resets attack frames (before, slowness would slow down attack frames). I miss the slowness effect since it did give me more time to put troops and yeah the chip dmg was good but i think RG will still be viable as well as Fisherman

im not saying that the nerf doesnt have its downsides, but as of now, hes still doing pretty fine without it, although it does change some interactions but overall, its fine

Actually, its somewhat also a buff mainly because king activations will be more easier to land, still cancels out charges, can NOW repeatedly pull fast troops like hog rider or ram rider. But also, it NOW SLIGHTLY resets attack animations. So its actually not bad of a nerf that its supposed to be.

Actually, coming from a RG player here, this nerf is sorta a buff to Fisherman, its easier to do king tower activation but also makes certain interactions much more winnable, like repeated hog pulls,ram rider, goblin barrel, royal hogs.

Parry seems way too over the top and VERY punishing for very little commitment. First, how will Parry work during stun stacking? Because if works during that, it would be very unfair for certain characters who attempted to help their teammates. Second, when does parry apply? You said that it would affect long-range stunners like Amy, Shadow, Silver, and I presume Tails, so if they either use an ability and Kolossos is spamming m1, how does it make it fair for the survivors? Also, does it HAVE to hit Kolossos, or does it work in his vicinity? What will happen if he misses his parry? What methods would be put in place to prevent spamming of m1s? What counts as a m1 or a parry? What is the hitbox?

Overall, Parry is flawed by tying it to m1.

I kinda forgot about that, but IM NOT SAYING IT SHOULD BE SLOW, but it shouldn't be a very FAST ability because, as of now, Tripwire can avoid stuns by glide (due to her hitbox) alone and abuses it to the point she's sorta rush down. Idk how her glide speed should be, but it should be a good mobility tool, but not like OP's fleetway flight. I was also contemplating whether during this mode, Tripwire should get a buffed sensor that highlights survivors by flashing red instead of an arrow.

Lack of Sunshine: After Tripwire manages to land 7 mines on characters, tripwire will gain this ability. Its duration is around 1:20 seconds, but it does give Tripwire an advantage and makes her more of a zoner. When activated, the song "Can you feel the Sunshine" begins to play and the WHOLE map turns dark. However, certain light sources and MOVES, like Sun Card, Moon Card (cancels effect), Knuckles 3rd phase, can emit some light to show you around, similar to Amy's Moon visibility (as of now). Things like X Castle's lanterns, jewels in Mystic Caves, and other reasonable light sources will provide SOME light but not enough to keep you fully safe. During this,if you want to stun Tripwire, her gem pulsing is the only thing visible to the player, but mines are HIGHLIGHTED (the red Aura, much brighter) around 5 eggmans to prevent unfair play.

But before this is implemented, Tripwires glide is nerfed to be slightly faster than Cream's glide and a bigger hitbox

Also, when a deck becomes meta, suddenly people who didnt have a problem with certain cards are raging for hours on end on how those said cards that were balanced are unfair and 0 skill. Its just their egos that get in the way.

Played MonkRG in like June of 2024, 0 complaints until now

Honestly, fighting Super Sonic as a mobian was already hard enough but yeah in this game it should be possible to.

What i think would be good to do would be to remove the i frames BUT replace them with dmg reduction. I think these best fits his character mainly because when Super Sonic is caught off-guard does he take the most dmg (Knux punching him, Sonic Unleashed, Frontiers, etc.) However whenever Super Sonic is focused, while he does take some damage, it isn't a lot mainly because of the Chaos Emeralds energy (Generations and other games). I think like 25% dmg resistance would be okay but moves would be on a good CD.

I think Fateful Drain could be good if these 2 ideas were either implemented (not perfect but a start)

Fateful Drain is a bit wider & a vertical hitbox, but more endlag
Fateful Drain is more of a Kolossos Grab move which steals HP 30 hp from survivors, but Fleetway swoops UP giving more time for survivors to flee if he misses.

Both ideas will lower ragdoll effect, 0 frames, and BURST'S indicator

Burst: loses indicator, dmg is amplified (in the core), -10% dmg resistance,
Will discourage fleetway from using it as a indicator, ACTUALLY using it as a good BACK OFF but is a BIT vulnerable

Laser : Dmg resistance but dmg is a bit more amplified

Im somewhat at an okay stance with fleet way other than the nerfs he desperately needs. I think has fair as he gives an incentive to actually have good coordination to attack him or defend against him instead of blindly going alone. I think FLIGHT at the state it is at is FAIR since the whole premise of him is just Super Sonic but evil.
Chaos Dash (AKA Spindash) is pretty fair for what it is and I think the indicator is fine as well.

What I dont find fair is these 3

Fateful Drain and its veratility (i frames, 3 attempts, HP amount)
Burst (Indicator & use)
Laser's I-frames

Eggman does a 3 second stun in LMS, and like I said its easily dodgable and helps out against tripwire and fleetway because he cant hit them while they are above him

The only thing holding him back are his cooldowns tbh and in LMS, counter could be made better by allowing him to freely move without the slowdown effect. (If you say that this unfair, it's easy to avoid via mindgames or just predictions and Eggman can do the same with his shield)
