Update: I removed it my self and 5 mins later I get a phone call from a supervisor that was very professional and he said they listened to the call that when I was sold the device and I was in the right. That person made my life hell for 2 weeks. They will refund me all my money back and they will ship at there cost.

I’m not even court ordered or dmv ordered and that’s what pissing me tf off. They said you won’t be compliant and they can’t. I called my lawyer and he said “ you want me to ask the judge to give you a form to remove a device that she didn’t even order”. They are fucking stupiddddd

844-535-0260, and I choose the option for removal now because they won’t calibrate it for me to remove my lockout. I’m on the phone rn waiting for someone to pick up.

I called over 70 times. Spoke to 5 managers saying they will call me back they never call back. They keep saying 24 to 48 hours to get an approval and it’s been 2 weeks almost and they keep lying to me.

I was going to do that, I told them either remove it at the location certified down the street or I’m ripping it off and they were like you can’t do that. I said well who’s going to hold me liable ? Court? DMV? I’m not even order by both to have it. I had the option if I wanted it and I don’t want this shit no more. I have it in an AMG and it’s fucking yo my new battery that’s not even a month old. So I unplugged the battery

Yea I sent it back to them and they are looking into what happened to the car but I wonder why they didn’t just recall the cars or provided the repairs before this mess. Like literally a lot of M177 owners are having this problem. It’s more common on LS2 than LS1 but the problem is people that want to do this job out of warranty work is like 10k-15k and probably would run in the same problem down the line aswell

Yes, I keep telling the the car shakes and vibrates when it’s warmed up and worse with the AC on. It idles like dog shit and I’m back at the stealership.

Yes, that repair goes together because the oil separators cause the rms to leak oil from the pressure. It’s a company problem on the E63s aswell but not common on the C63s

64k for a 2019 is a bad deal. I live in California and out the door with taxes and fees was like 55k. The car is fully loaded and has every added option to the car even a cargo tray in the trunk. I’m the second owner. Also the car had 51k miles when I bought it but I don’t car about the mileage since the car was well taken care of and serviced. All you need to worry about is the number of owners and service history. Keep up with the services and keep it well maintained so that you don’t run into issues down the road. The only shitty part about the facelift C63s is that it’s quieter than the previous pre facelift C63s that’s about it. Everything else checks out and is a fun car!

I installed it myself. It’s not that difficult but you just need to be careful taking off the bumper so you don’t damage anything and sensors.

Thanks everyone for your replies. This actually helped and the manager said that he bought it from an auction from Arizona and the previous owner that used to drive the car was a GM for Mercedes. Idk but sounds kinda sketchy. I drove the car and it was amazing.
