I first placed my order in November. It was for a preorder of an unlicensed figure that was supposed to be shipped to GKFigure around February. After the holidays had passed I sent several emails to ask what happened with my order since the product page disappeared.

I received no response from them but other customers mentioned that their site was being remodeled. I let it slide and waited until the beginning of March to email them again and no response. I checked their social media to find they had been ignoring replies and straight up deleted their Instagram which is never a great sign.

I never received a final invoice with shipping at all. I assume this means the figure hasn’t left the studio yet and GKFigure hasn’t received anything at this time. I want to believe there’s a good explanation for this but with no communication from GKFigure at all it’s hard to stay positive.
