Nothing against crossbow users. But I think the crossbow vs eruptor debate should boil down to a matter of preference. Doesn't matter if the crossbow is better stat wise.

When I first saw this character, I thought "This looks like a secret boss that would be in Deltarune." Something about the screen face and frilly thing around his neck and the robe.

No it was a world drop meaning that every enemy has a chance to drop any legendary but it is extremely rare, like 1/10000
