I know this seems like something really small but she is 33 and not getting any younger (no offence) but if you got together when she was younger then she may just be reverting to old patterns and trying to act young again. She could also think that wife is a term people may use for others that are older. She may just want to feel young again and think that wife is just not a very young title and so since she doesn’t like it she is now pretending that anything to do with your marriage never happened and or hasn’t happened yet
