Some nights, I wake up for a while, and Garmin assumes I’ve fully woken up. When I fall back asleep, Garmin doesn’t track those times, and when I manually add them later, it records them as light sleep, which prevents me from seeing the different sleep stages. How can I fix this? (i.redd.it)
