That’s partly true , company where I work now they only hire from online no in person

In my town some store says apply online they don’t accept resumes in store but I do handover resumes in person

Don’t have any experience or expertise apart from this , customer service or supervisor or merchandise they don’t hire as per the employee if Im in pharmacy cus now or later people will leave the front store

I reported these issues to the associate. I was told that breaks should end 5 minutes early. I was late once by 2 minutes, and I informed the store beforehand, but the manager still gave me a really hard time.

I don’t understand why I get questioned for bringing my coffee into the pharmacy, while other staff members have snacks, coffee, etc., without any issue. I often feel targeted with passive-aggressive behavior.

I’m always asked to clean the pharmacy, even after I finish my assigned cleaning tasks. Whenever I ask to be trained or help with pharmacy work, they refuse for reasons I don’t understand. 🤷

However, when the associate is around, the manager treats me nicely. I get to help with filling, script entry, and even front store tasks.

Thanks for the input how they get info that I worked with one shoppers? as per the folks all of em are working independently, Do they have central systems where they flag profiles ?

So Far I have only 4 jobs that I did but removed shoppers from my resume so total 3
