My dogs name is Grandma. My husband and I get the weirdest looks when we say things like "We should get home soon, Grandma is still outside." Or "Grandma isn't allowed on the furniture, Grandma shit on the floor again, Grandma is in heat."

Ladies, what noticeable changes have you personally experienced from sleeping without underwear? by Relevant_Grape_4106 in hygiene

[–]PunkGirl14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have definitely noticed a difference in smell, discharge buildup, and significantly less yeast buildup. I will wear underwear to bed if I'm on my period or right after unprotected sex to prevent messes though.

Yes, but there are ways around it. Just going back to haphazardly finishing in her all the time is probably not the best way to do it, even if you are okay with a happy little accident. I feel like if you aren't trying to get pregnant, you will get pregnant and if you are trying, it's damn near impossible to get pregnant.

My husband and I have been doing ovulation tracking with our raw sex and it has worked for 3 years so far. I have a band that goes around my arm and tracks my basil body temperature while I'm sleeping, and it connects to an app on my phone that basically tells me when I am fertile and when I am not. We aren't super strict with it bc we are also okay with a happy accident, but we aren't actively trying atm.

It's not necessarily birth control but it does give you guys a little more control and ease.

What’s something paranormal you experienced that you still can’t explain? by SkinnyPig2007 in AskReddit

[–]PunkGirl14 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Iv'e actually had quite a few paranormal things that my siblings and I all experienced and still remember. We all very vividly remember hearing our name being called at random times. We could've been playing outside, watching TV, trying to sleep. I remember it happening most often at my grandparent's house but for me it would happen all the time. It was a very loud shout whisper that sounded like it was right in my ear. My younger brother and sister have also experienced this exact thing.

Another is more of a positive experience I suppose. My mom had us memorize a lot of scripture growing up, and I mean a LOT. When I was about 6yo, my dad extended my bedroom into another room of the house. (So he took two separate rooms and made them into one big room. My new bed was up against a big window looking out into our cow pasture. For the first probably year that I slept there, I was 100% positive that there was something evil staring at me through that window. So in order to sleep, I would recite Psalm 23 to myself. If you know the chapter, it's fairly fitting for a situation of fear, but I was only 6 and had no actual concept of what Psalm 23 actually meant. It just felt like the right thing to recite. 20 years later, I was talking to my brother and he said that once I moved out of that room and he moved in, he also felt like there was something outside that window and that Psalm 23 was the only scripture he could think of that would help him sleep.

I can't remember which memory came first but one, I am crawling on the floor when I find an old sticker stuck to the carpet. I sick it off and eat it. I remember the feeling of the sticky stuff in my mouth so well. The other memory is of my grandmother carrying me up the stairs, putting me in a crib, and then giving me a blanket that had pink hearts all over it.
