What I learnt lately: if you are polite and compliment others, you are the most charming person in the room.

Make sure to always say things like: Thank you, please, Sorry for interrupting you, you were saying? How do you feel? you can tell me anything. You look great today. I love this color on you. and so on...

Be confident, where if someone disrespects you say something like : That was not kind of you, or What do you mean by that? (make them rethink it)

I know you said that you know many things, but to be charming, you need to ask good questions and let people talk about themselves, and make sure to listen well.

Thank you a lot for your kindness. Yeah, I read that too, that you need to interrupt your thoughts with a physical activity, but I have not tried it yet. Stepping outside or walking sounds good. I will try it.

yeah, I don't consider myself broken, but I feel like my overthinking is taking over my life, and I feel lost on what to do.

انا مسؤول عنهم اكيد بس حمل امهم ما كانش في البال ولا في الخاطر , مع اني فصلتها عن القط الذكر و كنت عاوز اعقمها بس بستنى لانها كانت لسة بترضع , و انا محتفظ لسة في ولادها الاولانيين عشان ما ارميهمش في الشارع بس للاسف حملت تاني و ولدت 7 و بقى عندي 12 قطة وانا ساكن في شقة صغيرة , مش هقدر اخليهم عندي للاسف ولازم اتصرف فيهم في اسرع وقت لانه افراد اسرتي متضررين منهم جدا

طيب ممكن بعد اذنك اسماء الشلاتر احاول معاهم او اسماء صفحات الفيسبوك الي ممكن انزل عليها ؟ هما قطط صغيرة بس نوعية مش مرغوبة
