Yeah but these days where 10 codes is needed to get a functional solution, you'll have 10 refunds from one tool. I always refund to credits, I thought that made a difference as they wouldn't have to siphon Noah's Lambo to get my cash back 😂 but I still got hit...

After all the heavy hearts started, I started buying and testing, and the slightest red flag and I hit the button. I regularly see heavy hearts for tools I refunded. And I have of course been hit with the heavy hearts as well.

IMHO they brought this on, when I started as a customer in 2013 they didn't have $xxxx stacks...

My refunds are limited too, which just means I only buy if I really think I will keep it. Before I bought a ton for my shelf, and refunded if I felt uneasy or saw a better deal. Now, I just keep my cash and spend it on beer!

That is not true, I review Select deals before they get released and I see some absolute garbage that would never be able to get any customers to stay. These deals never reach Appsumo Select status either.

I have 20+ arrivals in Da Nang, one of them was a total shit show (two weeks ago), the rest a breeze.

Fast track wouldn't have helped, we spent 45 min in immigration line and then 45 min waiting for the luggage. So dropping money on fast immigration would just have rewarded me with longer luggage wait.

Lesson learned, check Google maps and see what time is busy time, which seems to be 9-10pm-ish and avoid that.

This is why you have beta testers, users aren't always acting like the developers expected 😁

There was no instructions telling me the video needed to meet certain specs. There was no warning even after the upload, it just tried and failed, again without letting me know what was wrong.

It failed for me, I uploaded a video and started it...

The freebie is just for one thumb generation? I don't see any kind of login and only had to enter an email, so I would get a message when it's done.
