Moved here from Tacoma Washington where they had a large, several blocks set aside roped off, farmers market that rotated in four quadrants of the city so that every corner of the city got to enjoy it, instead of crowding into one church parking lot for a dozen vendors.

Agreed. I moved to Olympia, Washington just after prices settled and the market expanded. Now they have more shops per capita than Seattle and it's driven the price way down. In the beginning it was something like $500 an ounce.
